What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from An honest review I've owned the Vigor and had to put up with it for about a years and a half now. Within 2 months of purchasing it I was experiencing issues (Volume/power button not functioning, apps were crashing, screen was unresponsive... just an overall system failure). My phone was sent to LG not once... not twice.. but 3 times... and every time it was the same routine: i lose my phone for 2 weeks, LG does a factory reset, and change the battery. If this "routine" didn't work the first and second time, what makes you think it'll work the third time. I also explicitly told the staff of Fido that I didn't want LG to do the same routine as they previous times. So naturally, after I got my phone and noticed the same issues were there, I lost hope in LG and decided to put up with the issues for time being. On a more positive note, the battery life is quite remarkable even at times lasting me 2 days (of light usage). Unfortunately this doesn't change the idea of me never buying an LG again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WAS a good phone I've had this phone for just over a year now, and it was very good for the first couple months. Now the phone is very slow, the power button and volume buttons are very unresponsive and so is the touchscreen. Also, certain apps are not compadible because it runs an older version of android. However, this phone is very durable, I drop it almost every day and it still hasnt broke. This phone was very good, but now it cant handle more than texting, calling and light internet browsing. The camera has a very long shutter time and is very slow to open.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from LG G3 Vigor functions no better than flip phone Although this phone runs android 5.0 (hopefully 6.0 in the near future in Canada) the low storage space makes it sluggish to operate even when you have only stock apps installed. You need to disable any installed apps you do not use if you wish to send a text message in less than 5 minutes. Phone is very sluggish when switching between apps. The feature to use SD card formatted as internal memory would be a great benefit to this phone, unfortunately this is not an option as of yet (In Canada, on MTS/Bell). I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent To be honest, I just hated this product until one month ago. I purchased this 6 months ago. It was great for two weeks, after that the battery needed recharge every 5 hours with regular use, even I turned off GPS, data, wireless. After upgrading to Android 6, it became the phone I extremely love. It does not need recharge for more than 24 hours with more than regular use and even though you keep turn on data, gps.Easy to use, great performance, high photo quality are other charactristics of this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I Hate this phone!!! I've had this phone for about 6 months, and This is worst phone i have ever had, . I minimal apps and can not put any more on because i am out of storage space. I can only hold about 30 photos at a time. not enough space and i can not create any space because i can not delete any of the preloaded apps that i never use!. Its a good thing this is not my first LG product. My Last phone was also and LG G3 and it was fantastic. I would not recommend the Vigor to anyone!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cannot type quickly with this product I will not buy another phone like this because you cannot type quickly. If you press a key on the edge of the screen e.g. the letter P, often, the keystroke will not be captured. You have to rotate the screen to get the keystroke working. Happens frequently with buttons on the top right hand side of the screen or bottom right hand side. My phone has a protective screen. This might be the cause of the problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No compromise I find the features and performance live up to the specs. I have had the phone for over one year now and continues to work and perform the same when it was new. I cannot say that for any other phone I have owned in the past and continues to be reliable and current in all features.
