Rated 4 out of 5 by from An excellent phone for its price range If you can compromise on battery, the phone never dissapoints. Gingerbread has some issues but update to JB and it works like a charm. SPECTECULAR screen

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good midrange phone The phone itself isn't bad. it does what any other smartphones do, the expandable memory is great. The main drawback is the battery life. after unplugging the phone after its charged 100% it drops quickly after barely any use. I've turned down everything i could think; data, screen brightness, no background running apps, ect. The battery is just horrible. The phone does gain its worth once a third party large capacity battery is bought and installed though. The phone does have a habit of randomly freezing then turning off. Sometimes It turns back on by itself but when it doesn't you need to take the battery out then put back in. at first it was ok but soon my phone kept doing this on a regular basis and became really annoying. I had to do a factory reset then the problem was solved. I thought about changing to a different phone but since I've upgraded the battery the phone lasts longer, I only have to charge it once a day now instead of once every 4 hours. Its a large improvement over the regular Optimus, which i found too small.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too much trouble I have 4 of these phones and unfortunately they are all locked into a 3 year contract. They all randomly shut off or freeze in the middle of texting,or a phone call, or just sitting on the counter. Sometimes they turn back on by themselves and sometimes they don't. It is also impossible to get a protective case for them too, so being a bigger phone you run the risk of smashing it because you can't get a case for them anywhere. I am seriously thinking about just buying the contract out and going with an I phone. Never had one before, but at least I can get cases for them. Do not get this phone ever.
