Menu option cannot be accessed or altered as it is greyed out on the on-screen menu .

For example, below screenshot shows REAL CINEMA option greyed out.

Example of greyed out option

The reason being, peripheral connected to television is a personal computer. Real Cinema feature is selectable only when video source signal is recognized as 24Hz or 60i. Since the computer video card produces neither, Real Cinema cannot be activated or deactivated. And regardless of status, when greyed out, the option has no impact whatsoever on the resulting picture on screen.

This particular situation, which occurs very seldom, is an indication that the option, feature of functionality, greyed out, is out of use for the time being because it does not support the current video signal feed. The moment you switch to another peripheral or source for which the option can alter picture reproduction outcome whether enabled or disabled, it will return to white lettering informing you option is now accessible.

THIS IS NOT A PRODUCT DEFECT. IT IS MERELY INCOMPATIBILITY BETWEEN VIDEO SOURCE AND FEATURE OPTION.

ALSO, BE COGNIZANT THAT SINCE PREMIUM APP BASED VIDEO SOURCES STREAMING HTML CONTENT DO SO WITH AN EMBEDDED PLAYER. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT NOT ALL TV PICTURE SETTINGS BE SUPPORTED. MAKE SURE APP HAS BEEN UPDATED TO VERY LATEST VERSION.
