Cannot Remove the Ice Bucket

Make sure none of the ice in the bucket is stuck to the ice maker, or that the bucket itself is not stuck to the tray that it’s placed on. There should be no obstructions or items in the way to keep you from removing the bucket. If the refrigerator has an ice maker that is in the door, be sure to lift up on the bucket and then pull it out towards you.
