Buttons Will Not Respond

If the buttons on your control panel are not responding, it may indicate that a particular setting or option is not available for the selected cycle.

If the cycle has already started, check to ensure that the child lock feature is not turned on. If the child lock is turned on, changes cannot be made once the cycle has started. Press and hold the ‘Child Lock’ button for approximately 3 seconds to disable the child lock feature.

If only certain options are not able to be selected, it may be possible that the option is not available for the particular cycle selection. Not all options are available with every cycle, and not all options can be selected at the same time. Refer to your owner’s manual for information on which options are available with each cycle.
