Video tutorial addressing possible issue of water splashing out of the detergent dispenser drawer and leaking down followed by troubleshooting tips to remedy the situation.

Additional troubleshooting tip:

Should troubleshooting video failed at resolving your issue, try removing the detergent dispenser drawer as well as the plastic compartments inside for inspection.
Some customers have reported having the round cardboard gasket underneath detergent bottle plastic cap having fallen off into dispenser and blocking detergent, additives and water inside dispenser drawer from flowing out towards the tub.
