VOICE ISSUES AT CALL RECIPIENT’S END
Should the call recipient raise the issue about caller’s voice being inaudible or cutting in and out, there are a few things you may want to inspect with respect to how you hold your phone whenever making a call.
When using the phone, ensure the Microphone doesn't get obstructed by the case, fingers or your hand whenever on a call.
※ Other factors that may affect the quality of a call:
- Underground building (weak signal), roof (confusion signal)
- River road (signal confusion)
- Open terrain of the city (signal confusion), etc.
