How To Troubleshoot

Follow the steps below to run a diagnosis on your LG TV:

Press (Settings) button on remote controller to access on-screen display menus.
Select All Settings ( ⁝ ) → Support → Quick Help → Check Items → Check the status of the TV → Check Bluetooth / Wi-Fi → Start Diagnosis
