Does water leak on the floor?

Cause and Symptoms

Water may leak due to defective purifier hose installation.
When a drain heater cannot be activated, water can also leak on the floor.
High humidity level can also accelerate condensation forming resulting in water puddle and leak.

Try this

Check whether sink might be installed near the refrigerator. Sometime water leakage occurs from the sink down to the floor. If the water leakage occurs due to burst water purifier pipe, close the feed valve and contact your plumber. When it is difficult to identify or how to fix the situation, contact LG Customer Service.

These should be looked at first. Check water supply facilities and water purifier joints for water leakage.
