Customers have reported issues pertaining to ONLY one side working (no audio in one side).
“I can only get one earbud to work, the other one does not work at all. Any suggestions?”
“This worked for my FN6’s when the left earphone stopped working. The app showed it as disconnected and blue light did not come on when it was put in the case. Try taking both earphones out of the case and leave the lid open to let the batteries totally discharge (I left mine for an entire day to be certain). Then simply put them back in the case shut the lid and put it on charge again until fully charged. After this both blue lights illuminated in the case and both earphones worked normally again."
Check the software it comes with. Maybe customer turned off the volume to that side.
Take the earbuds out then put them back into the case separately. Check whether indicator light turns on when a single earbud inserted into case. If the indicator light is off, the earbud’s charging contacts are contaminated. Please clean them before placing them in the charging case again.
After taking both earbuds out, put them back in the charging case and close the cover. Reopen the cover after 15 seconds, take earbuds out and try them again.
