Individual sound bar speaker volume settings
Sound projected directly at viewers will produce a somewhat adequate audio experience.
Sound that bounces off the surroundings and calibrated to enhance the sounds reproduction from the room’s electroacoustics will provide a greater immersive surround sound experience.
Customers can manually adjust individual speaker volume to optimize the spatial imagery or rely on the Artificial Intelligence Room Calibration feature from the LG Sound Bar phone application.
Manually adjusting individual speaker volume is done by the pressing the SOUND TUNING button on the remote controller.
This adjusts the sound level of the connected speaker. Press the Sound Tuning button and then Left/Right button to select the desired speaker before you press the Up/Down button to increase/decrease the sound volume (graphic Equalizer slider icon).

Depending on the sound bar model, there are variations to the Sound Tuning instructions. For example, sound bar model number S45T Sound Tuning instructions and terminology as stipulated in the owner manual:

You can adjust the sound level of each speaker and sound tone
- Press Sound Tuning
button. The product enters the setting mode and displays the current level of
the product.
- Press Left/Right button to choose the speaker you want to adjust.
- Press Up/Down button to adjust the sound level.


If you press Up/Down button even when the level has reached the maximum or minimum, the current
function LED will blink 3 times
