Media Player does not communicate with laptop/Desktop. Missing software.

Cause and Symptoms

New super sign software installation, or by solid state drive replacement. Re-imaging the solid-state drive.

Try this

Press and hold (Ctrl) key when clicking on hyper link (https://www.lg.com/global/business/information-display).

You will require signing up as a partner in order to download software.
Both pieces of software need to be at the same Version levels in order to communicate with one another when connected on to the same network.
