Locating model/serial number tag on Gram laptop
For the most part, and just about any laptop personal computer ever manufactured by LG Electronics, the model and serial number tag is always located at the bottom of the device. The top number is the model followed by the serial number underneath.
Note
Laptops don't have IMEI numbers since they do not contain cell modem chips. If the laptop includes a cellular modem, it will be assigned an IMEI number. The IMEI is specific to cellular devices, which include many Internet of Things devices outfitted with cellular radios, cellphones, and cellular modems built into laptops and notebook computers.

Customers can also retrieve their LG laptop model and serial number from the computer itself.
Once laptop is powered ON, go to the task bar and type CMD in the search box (labeled “Type here to search”)
The command prompt will pop-up.
Note :
To find out the model number, type in the following line exactly as shown with spaces between words: wmic csproduct get name
To find out the serial number, type in the following line exactly as shown with spaces between words: wmic bios get serialnumber
