What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Main board blew after 2 months. Total waste of money, wouldn't go near LG products again

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great TV with no legs to stand on I bought this TV from Costco with my Costco MC. Good thing too, because as soon as I installed the stand and was about to insert the AC cord, the TV fell over and the screen broke. From all the comment here concerning the comments, you’d think that LG would offer a fix. Too bad a bad stand is ruining such a promising set. Oh, by the way, the Costco MC people are replacing the set re-Card purchase warranty. Impressive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture - lots of features Bought the TV in December 18 and I am happy with the purchase. So far! I noticed someone had a problem with the plastic legs and I agree they are very poor. I mounted my TV on a corner stand and it was so wobbly I was afraid the cat would knock it over! I solved the problem by buying a TV wall mount which I attached to the corner stand back. It actually worked so now it is succure. Anyway the picture is great, there is lots of features ( still figuring stuff out) and it is mostly easy to use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good TV but there are problems LG made a huge mistake when they switched from a solid central base to the flimsy little legs on recent models. It wouldn't fit on my cabinet so I had to buy a tabletop stand, which wasn't easy to assemble. Also, the last similar LG 43" I bought came with a magic wand remote, but now LG has cheaped-out and forces their customers to search around for the right magic remote (again, not easy)--I had to ask LG Customer Support for the right model number, and even she wasn't sure. LG is the best brand if you want to surf the web, but the stand and remote issues are very difficult to overcome.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Picture and Sound - Cheap Plastic Legs I've had this TV for about 7 months and the legs already broke, which sent my tv falling off my stand. The TV still works fine, but the legs can't be re-attached as the screw holders are broken from the inside. I'm told by LG that it's considered "structural damage" therefor it's not covered under warranty. The legs literally couldn't support the weight of the TV and I have to pay the bill. Could have been worse but what can you do? Aside from that, the picture quality is great and the features/settings are very user friendly. I'm giving this a 2 out of 5 for bad customer service and cheap legs. Use a wall mount if you can or buy something else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My First 4K TV Great sound for a flat panel TV! Picture quality is excellent as well. Just be careful with the feet as they are a little flimsy.
