No, you can not reverse LG front load washer doors. 

Washing machines can be prone to retaining moisture inside so it should be cleaned regularly. It is encouraged to clean the detergent dispensers once a week, and once a month for the door gaskets of the washer. It helps to maintain the inside clean by activating the (Tub Clean) cycle 1-2 times a month. Additionally it is engcouraged to leave the washing machine door open in between cycles to let residual moisture evaporate. LG front oad washers are equipped with a magnetic door holder that keeps the door slightly open to have air circulation in the drum to help prevent mold and odors.

Open the dispenser drawer, then pull it out while pressing the [PUSH] button. Clean dispenser with toothbrush and lukewarm water. Reassemble and reinsert the dispenser drawer.

Front-load washers use gravity to tumble the laundry, cleaning clothes by lifting and dropping them through the water. The drum only fills partially with water to facilitate this tumbling action. Unlike top-load washers that fully submerge your laundry, front load washers use less water. Front-load washers are designed for energy efficiency, using minimal water for washing and rinsing. They also sense the load size and adjust the water level accordingly.

LG front-load washers are equipped with a drain pump filter that collects lost buttons, loose change, and lint from the wash cycle. It is easily accessed and is located on the bottom front left of the washer behind a small access panel. It is recommended to clean out the drain pump filer on a monthly basis.
