Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great First Phone! This was my first cell phone, and I could not have asked for anything better. Durable: I drop it ALL THE TIME, the screen doesn't crack, It has a couple of scratches and scuffs on the corners but that's nothing. Battery Life: I only use it for about 10 mins every day, I usually only charge it twice a week and I'm good. Apps: You can get most popular apps, although there is not much space. I can fit only 4 apps. Call Quality: Call quality is mediocre. It has speakerphone which I love. Whenever I drop it the back comes off and battery the comes out, this is common with LG phones, my friend's LGP500 does the same thing. I don't have a case on it, so it might not do that if you have a case. (They are hard to find, I recommend buying a case online) Sometimes the time changes randomly, which is annoying because I use it as my alarm, so sometimes it won't go off in the morning. It won't be a big deal if you use a clock as your alarm. Camera quality is okay, I usually use my actual camera anyways. The shutter noise is loud and there is NO WAY to turn it off. Really, I have tried many times and gone through sound settings, camera settings etc but I don't know how to turn it off (another common LG mobile trend) Privacy: the pattern password/lock is fun to play with, and it's fun watching my friends try to guess the right password. You can also have alphabet and number passwords, or no password at all. It comes default with: Contacts, Clock, Calculator, Voice recorder, Calendar, Email app, Google search app, and a couple of games.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Full of bloatware it's hardly usable The specs say 1G memory, but there hardly 140 M available for apps. There is a port to expand memory, but all you will be able to add is media (music or videos). Do not expect to load facebook app. Because there are hardly any apps that will fit, the ones that do will be responsive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Less expensive but not reliable I bought this phone because it was the least expensive one that met my needs. It worked for the first 4 weeks then the clock and date started being offset causing alarms and schedules to be moved or delayed by hours. Most people use their phone as their alarm clock and when the clock sets itself back 5 hours causing your alarm not to go off on time is not very helpful. Also when making a phone call the display screen would just disappear but continue to ring. making is difficult to hang up or add extensions. I sent it in twice to be fixed, in the few months I have had it, and still the problems are there. I did not care about being able to download or nice camera quality, but having a phone that is reliable would be nice. Not really satisfied

Rated 2 out of 5 by from date/time issues I've had this phone for about 8 months. It seems to have a bug. If you do not have a data plan or continually check it on a wifi connection, your date/time seems to have a higher chance of falling into the past (or future, as I found out during a power outage). It doesn't matter if time is updated via the network or not. Its alarms and schedule are just not reliable. A few times my scheduled appointments were moved forward an hour and I don't know why. Day-light Saving was not involved. There are many complaints about this issue on the Rogers' website.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent phone for a low price Despite what many online reviews say this is an amazing little device, the phone is very fast and is very feature rich. The only issues with the phone are that the screen has a very poor resolution and the camera is only 3mp. Other than that i would recommend this phone to anyone
