Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke because of trash reasoning I brought in my phone asking about why it broke according to the customer service the phone got moisture inside of it due to the atmosphere varying it in therefore corroding the insides and when I asked for a replacement they said that because the moisture got into the phone THROUGH THE ATMOSPHERE it was my problem and there was nothing I could do, with a phone being so cheap that moisture in the air can break it I greatly recommend you do not purchase this phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It stopped working just shortly after 1 year I bought my Nexus 5X in February 2016. Overall, it seemed good. However, in April 2017 (just 1 year and 2 months after I bought it) it crashed while I was sending a sms and never worked again. First, the screen froze. I turned it off and when I tried to turn it on again, it never did. I researched in the Internet and this seemed to be a recurrent problem with this phone. Users posted a few trouble shootings. I tried them all. I talked to my carrier, to Google and to LG (Philippines, US, and Canada) for hours and they had no other trouble shootings to recommend. They told me to repair it because the warranty was only valid for 1 year (I was barely 2 months off). After 2 weeks, the repair shop gave up on it saying that after replacing the power button 3 times and having read that this was a common flaw, there was nothing they could do. I am stuck with my carrier for 2 years!!! So I still have to find a phone for the remaining 10 months of my contract. It is worth mentioning that the same happen to my Nexus 4, only in that occasion, this happened 2 years and 3 months after I had bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome phone, ahead of its time The LG Nexus 5 was my first smartphone. Before this one I had two other LG cell phones and only stopped using them because the technology was outdated and not supported. My LG Keybo was awesome and worked wickly until I upgraded to the Nexus, this, even after I ran it over with my ATV!!! The only problem with the Nexus is no upgrade able internal memory i.e. micro SD card slot

I love the sleek look of the design and the size is perfect. The phone comes pre-loaded with all of the Google apps and products I use most often which was convenient and syncs with my lifestyle. I am always recommending the product to friends and family as an affordable piece of hardware that will make your life easier!
