How to Use LG ThinQ
■ Power on/off function is not available in ThinQ app for washer and dryer
→ Power on/off function in ThinQ app can be enabled for LG air conditioner, air purifier, dehumidifier and robot vacuum cleaner.
However, products with doors such as washer, dryer, and Styler do not support the power control function to protect children and pets from potential
injury.
Also, cooking appliances do not offer the power control function due to fire risk.
As this falls under the mandatory product safety regulation, the power on/off function is currently not available.
However, we will add this function if changes are made to product safety laws.
