How to Claim

Customers who purchased a LG OLED or QNED TV on LG.ca do not need to complete the redemption process.

For customers who purchased a LG OLED or QNED TV at a participating Canadian retaile, please follow the instructions below.

Redeem Now

Step 1. Click the ‘Redeem Now’ button to visit the LG Large Screen TV Promotion redemption page.

Step 2. Fill in the mandatory fields and submit your redemption request. Don’t forget to attach your proof of purchase!

Step 3. Upon validation, we will ship your gift package to your shipping address. We will notify you of the validation via email.

Step 4. You are all set. Enjoy!
