Rated 1 out of 5 by from waste of money, waste of time Honestly this has been the worst phone I've every owned in my life, there are some major issues with this phone that LG has refused to acknowledge. ISSUE 1: GPS has never worked, if i trying to use a navigation app it cant find my location the little blue arrow jumps from one location to another and never locks on to me. ISSUE 2: Dust under the screen ISSUE 3: Major lag ISSUE 4: Camera auto focus rarely works, that 8 MP has really gone to waste on this phone. I'm staying far away from LG, this phone has cost me so much time just trying different solutions to fix this phone, and so far no solution has worked. Good bye LG NEVER AGAIN!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this phone Battery life is almost non-existant after 1 year. The phone doesnt have enough RAM to run more than 1 app at once without being painfully slow. I need to reset the phone 5-10 times a day because of constant crashing.. Worst phone I have ever had.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing software support I bought for my daughter LG Optimus x2 which she still doesn't want to replace it even running android v2.2 (no update provided from LG), looks as used as a street hockey puck, camera very good quality, sound great, compact, etc. I thought that Optimus 4xHD will excel in any department... what a disappointment. The only admirable thing is the design. The most frustrating thing is that LG did not provide software update for all network providers and I am stuck on v4.0.1 (very sluggish). The hardware easily could handle KitKat, but no luck... Poor camera - often out of focus, smudged video, weak speaker and sound quality etc.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very displeased - last LG product I'll ever buy... Talk about a belly-flopped hyped up handset! This handset is without a doubt, the most unreliable device I think I've ever owned. Battery life is seemingly a random duration from completely dead within an hour of a 100% charge to a couple of days. The phone freezes and restarts at random, won't respond to key presses at the most inopportune times and the wifi antenna is as deaf as a fence post! LG is not interested in customer support, the wireless carrier is not interested either. Shame really. It's made me question if I'll ever buy another LG product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay away from LG Canada Got the Optimus 4X HD, hoping to "unleash the power of Quad-core"... instead I got Android version 4.0.3 and a battery that drains at the speed of quad-core... Worst thing it seems LG has abandoned us and left us with no updates. No Jelly Bean, no unlocked bootloader, no updates. Shame on LG Canada.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very poor battery and slow performance I have had this phone for almost a year now and I have had nothing but problems from the battery draining in about 4 hours to the performance. It's constantly freezing and taking forever to load a program when it lets me. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A very bad phone with very bad service Bought new in Dec./ froze; had it reset and still froze...took 3 visits to service provider to finally have phone replaced in Apr./13...Mid-oct./13, battery was of so poor quality, would not last a day, even on standby... had battery day, phone froze, oct. 24/13, twice at service froze again, and then would not hang up and could not make it close...had it reset again... for how long without problems, no one knows.... hopefully it will freeze again before warranty runs out...and hopefully they will let me change phone company... seems like i'm not only one with these problems... would be nice if lg had figured out how to fix this problem for good...
